Chris Lamb, Chief Executive Officer. Chris is a proven senior healthcare leader with extensive experience and expertise in blood plasma, and related biologics and biotechnologies. Prior to joining PrIME, Chris was the President and CEO of Biosolutions Services LLC, a US-based Healthcare company that advised and worked with a variety of biotechnology companies in developing growth strategies and implementing scale-up intiatives. Chris also spent 20 years with the American Red Cross, Plasma Services, Biomedical Division in a variety of roles with increasing responsibilities - with his last position as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Plasma Services and President of Pathogen Removal and Diagnostic Technologies Inc. (PRDT).
Benjamin Lim, Senior Director (Operations). Benjamin has more than 13 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Integration, Technology Transfer, Manufacturing and Process Development in mutlinational companies such as Philips and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) and start up companies both locally and overseas. He has extensive experience in successfully building up early stage company from R&D to commercialization. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
Tee Wee Wong, Senior Director (Regulatory Affairs). Tee Wee's extensive career spans the world of pharmaceuticals, start-ups and regulatory agencies. His career includes senior positions in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Clinical Trial Management, Pharmaceutical Registration, and the set up of laboratories and manufacturing facilities. He has held senior positions at Oculex Asia Pharmaceuticals and the Singapore Health Sciences Authority. He has performed secretariat duties for the Medicines Advisory Committee and was the Secretary of the Biologics Expert Panel. Tee Wee holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology from Sydney University.
Smitha Kenchath, Senior Manager (Quality Control). Smitha has 15 years of experience in Quality, including analytical laboratory, supervision, method development and validation, regulatory compliance, Quality Management System establishment and continuous improvement compliant to PIC/S GMP for medicinal/biological products. Previously Smitha held senior positions at 3M Drug Delivery Systems, A*Star Bio-Medical Science and Beacons Pharmaceuticals. Smitha is double graduate in Chemistry and Physical Science from Mahatma Gandhi University India and completed post-graduate studies in Industrial Chemistry at National Univeristy of Singapore.
