Senior Engineer, Equipment and Automation

In this position, you will manage maintenance and equipment management activities in the operations department to ensure optimal performance throughout.
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Oversee and manage building facility, process equipment and building systems effectively and efficiently
-
Set up calibration and maintenance schedule, ensure all maintenance works are carry out as per schedule
-
Create or review SOP and WI for facility system and process equipment
-
Manage, supervise and ensure appointed contractors accomplish and complete repair and maintenance works according to the required timelines and standards
-
Lead a team to provide efficient and effective M&E and facilities management services
-
Plan major maintenance and repair work schedules on a daily basis for facilities maintenance team to attend to all breakdowns and provide frontline maintenance support
-
Formulate, implement and enforce all fire safety management measures and maintenance programmes in fullest compliance to all statutory and mandatory fire safety requirements
-
Any other duties as assigned by Head of Operation department
Requirements
-
Possess at least a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields
-
At least 3 years of working experience is required. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for Lead Engineer
-
Candidate should have experience in cGMP working environment, commissioning and qualification of process systems in an operating plant
-
Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus

Good communication skills and pro-active team player
Facility Technician

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Monitor, track, evaluate and improve the facility system capacity, efficiency and capability
-
Work with High Sensitive Smoke Detection (HSSD) fire protection system
-
Work closely with operational team on resolving incidents and work orders
-
Upkeep the system maintenance program and maintenance contract
-
Resolve issues from the end-user on ACMV related issues
-
Conduct routine inspection of facility equipments and utilities
-
Coordinate contract job servicing and supervision of contractors
-
Conduct maintenance, repair works and source parts supplies and material for replacement
-
Monitor and control equipment calibration and maintenance due dates
-
Monitor consumable and parts inventory
-
Update and revision of quality records
-
Plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work
Requirements
-
Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma
-
1-2 years of working experience is preferred
-
Experience working in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus
-
Normal office hours apply, shift work is not required for this position
